Centennial House is one of our smallest and most intimate communities located a short walk or drive from Harborside Campus and it is a home for the College of Food Innovation & Technology Living Learning Community (CFIT LLC). 

This is an exceptional opportunity for CFIT students with similar interests and career aspirations to live and learn together while creating deeper and more meaningful interactions with their peers and faculty. CFIT LLC residents will have several opportunities to learn outside the classroom and grow as professionals.

The house features 3 floors that offer single and double occupancy rooms. 

Single rooms come furnished with the following:

• One XL twin-size bed,
• One dresser,
• One desk,
• One desk chair,
• One armoire

Double rooms come furnished with:

• Two XL twin-size beds,
• Two dressers,
• Two desks,
• Two desk chairs,
• Two armoires

There are shared community bathrooms throughout the house.

Centennial House features on-site parking, a full community kitchen, a shared living and dining room, a large back yard, and on-site laundry.

Please note that Wildcat Wheels does not stop at Centennial House and the closes spot is Harborview.
