Single Occupancy Rooms are $12,500/year
Double Occupancy Rooms are $10,500/year
Triple Occupancy Rooms are $8,000/year
Quadruple Occupancy Rooms are $6,000/year

Common Bath Single: A single occupancy room is all yours, furnished with:

• one or two twin XL beds
• one or two dressers
• one or two wardrobes
• one or two desks/desk chairs

Common Bath Double: A double occupancy room shared between you and one roommate, furnished with:

• two twin XL beds
• two dressers
• two wardrobes
• two desks/desk chairs

Common Bath Triple: A triple occupancy room shared between you and two roommates, furnished with:

• three twin XL beds
• three dressers
• three wardrobes
• three desks/desk chair

Common Bath Quads: The Quadruple occupancy room shared between you and up to three roommates comes furnished with:

• Four twin XL beds
• Four dressers
• Four wardrobes
